CW3 Sanchez’s remarkable career culminated in his role as the Ravens Standardization Pilot, a position that underscores his leadership, expertise, and deep commitment to Army Aviation. Notably, before transitioning to become a pilot, CW3 Sanchez served as a Noncommissioned Officer-in-Charge with the U.S. Army Aviation Battalion Japan, showcasing his versatility and devotion to mission readiness.

To honor his achievements and unwavering dedication, the Battalion held a special ceremony that featured CW3 Sanchez’s final flight as a U.S. Army Aviator—a powerful and emotional moment for all in attendance. During the event, CW3 Sanchez was presented with the Honorable Order of St. Michael Bronze Medal, a prestigious recognition awarded by the Army Aviation Association of America.
